Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving the order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification.

Delivery Times

Shipping occurs on average within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard times indicated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs procedures (when the package is shipped from overseas warehouses) which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package takes too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Price Transparency

- Prices Inclusive of Taxes and Shipping Fees: All prices displayed on our website are final and include both taxes and shipping costs. There will be no additional costs at the time of payment.

How to Check the Status of an Order

You will automatically receive the tracking code via email within 48 hours of purchase. Once you receive the code, simply enter it on the "Track My Order" page to follow your order. If the dedicated page on the site does not work, you can track your order through this external link: (link).

If you have not received the tracking code or if it does not work, don't worry. Contact us and we will resolve the issue!

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition (including the shipping box). We refund the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs or any prepaid taxes for your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at info@anitakembler.com, providing the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
