Refund policy

Our policy allows for a 15-day return period. If 15 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@officineborghesi.com.

Shipping
To return your product, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow the address provided via email at the time of the request, our team will provide the address of the warehouse closest to your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Taxes
At the time of purchase, the taxes are included in the amount paid for the goods or services purchased, so at the time of the refund, the seller may deduct the VAT related to the reduction in the taxable amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- IS THE RETURN COMPLETELY FREE?
Yes, the return is free, but only if certain conditions are met, such as factory defects or wrong orders.


- WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS BE BORNE BY ME?
If the conditions for free return are not met, the cost of return will be borne by the buyer.


-IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE FREE IF AFTER THE PACKAGE ARRIVES I REALIZE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
Unfortunately, this case is not covered by the free return policy, as we have explicitly indicated the shoe size. Do not hesitate to contact us to find a solution that satisfies both parties.


NOTE:
If you wish to return the FOOTWEAR, please use the original box in which they were shipped, making sure not to damage it.
If we receive products that are already used, damaged, or packaged in a different box than the original, or if the original packaging is damaged by tape and/or labels, we will not be able to issue a refund.
